Lol Although I think a scarring mechanism isn't a bad idea at all. Maybe some food for thought when you need a new feature.

O: Omg! I'd love it if when you talk to Halfshade at the gathering and you have a collar on and you have your kittypet name he would attack you and then something would happen, like all the leaders would jump down and kick him out of the gathering or something! Or you could pick to fight with him,and if you win he'll be like scared of you or something! Well, I was thinking about this again, and I thought this would just be the PERFECT opportunity to completely mess up with destiny. If you beat Halfshade, Splashstar will kick him out of the Gathering (and probably out of Riverclan) for being beaten by a kittypet. Of course, he wil haaaate you with passion, but be somewhat afraid of that kittypet that was capable to beat him. If Halfshade beats you (that's when it becomes fun), the leaders will want to kick him out for breaking the truce, but Splashstar would be opposed to it, for the truce doesn't concern kittypets. Then, Riverclan would, like, riot against the other Clans, and you would have to fight against Riverclan warriors with Duskpaw and Nettlepaw, and it could prevent the war with Shadowclan if you help their warriors fighting off Riverclan. But Riverclan would, of course, want their revenge...

I am really enjoying this game so far, but I think it will be better if it has a place only for hunting and a place to get some random encounters, because I want my cat to level up as much as I want him/her to.
(sorry for my bad grammer...)

I am really enjoying this game so far, but I think it will be better if it has a place only for hunting and a place to get some random encounters, because I want my cat to level up as much as I want him/her to. (sorry for my bad grammer...) I answer this for you right now, based on Developer's Diary #5 - Encounters: InterestFeel is one thing, but RtI is an RPG, not a visual novel, so it won't suffice alone. Having the encounters being interesting is of utmost importance. The difficult question, of course, is what makes an encounter interesting? It's easier to say what makes them boring - too repeatable, too often, too long, too difficult, too easy. It's hard to address all these issues at once, but thinking about what I didn't want, made one decision very simple. The game is not going to feature random encounters. I think that, while done right, they may not be so bad, but they are fundamentally uninteresting. Having player beat up tons of trash mobs, because they either have to grind or just can run away is easy way to add up content time, but that's not very fun content time. I don't want players to spend time grinding xp by fighting the same enemies over and over again. I think that having fewer, but more deliberate encounters will make for a better experience. Not having enemies repeat often will likewise make the game feel more fresh. Note: It says that there will be a complete lack of EXP grinding within the game. Catching prey gives EXP, so we can deduce that an unlimited hunting spot will also never be a part of WC:RtI.

Similar to what Dawnshine said at the begining of the thread, but different expressions of characters when talking can show character even without saying it. Such as a cat being distressed if someone is injured or killed, or another thought being a naughty kit giving a faint smirk when saying a lie. First post, show mercy.
