I had that happen! If you fought the rogues on the next day instead of sending a patrol, it counts as being too reckless. Other than that, idk.

But Maplepaw did not do something that wrong... Though, during the travel to Moonpool, Blackheart said Starclan had no objection, and a few days later,(not the day of the Gathering, but the day before) I talked to him and he said: "I can't take you as my apprentice, it's Starclan's will. Never ask me again." Did I do something wrong between the travel to Moonpool and this, or is there another reason? Promise, after that, I will try to find out on my own! There aren't that many opportunities to have StarClan reject You after they accept You at the Moonpool. I can think of one of three reasons: - You found the kit, but decided to leave her on the shore. - You failed the herb test that Blackheart gives You. - You ate one (or both) of cats during Voideyes sequence. It's probably something that built up from a lot of small decisions. Most of the dialogues in the game affect player's personality values, usually tiny bit each time. Example of actions affecting it: +Reckless - If You picked Duskpaw during the patrol section, choosing charge option to deal with Mousepaw. - When Blackheart asks You to think about Your mistakes, say that You don't make any. - Trying to send away Nettlepaw during the Fox sequence. - Some pro-war dialogue options. - Letting Nettleclaw fight Sootleg alone. - In general, jumping into fights and acting without thinking. -Reckless - If You picked Duskpaw during the patrol section, trying to stop Duskpaw when he charges at Mousepaw. - Telling Eaglekit that it was stupid of her to sneak out of the camp. - Telling Duskpaw to get rid of WindClan warriors. - Calling Waspwing for help against Sootleg (more) or helping her (less). - In general, dialogue options that show reflecting upon Your actions. Seems like Duskpaw in general is goldmine for that personality (gaining a lot of points if You go along with his ideas, or losing a lot if You try to stop him)... Blackheart will refuse to accept You as an apprentice if Your personality is either Cruel or Reckless. The dialogue choice he has there is merely to provide some clarity. Only the final check (on the last day, after war/peace ending) counts.

... Why didn't I guess it?! It's all Voideyes' fault! Voideyes: Technically, that's you who ate that cat... Mapleberry/Crowspirit: SHUT UP, Voideyes! ... Whoa, I can't believe I tell that to a mouthless cat... Voideyes: ? [Mouth... less?]

Wait, what does it mean when Blackheart says "A birdie has been chirping to me that I should wait with picking my apprentice" instead of we will conquer the world? Does it mean you did something wrong?

Wait, what does it mean when Blackheart says "A birdie has been chirping to me that I should wait with picking my apprentice" instead of we will conquer the world? Does it mean you did something wrong? It means that you need to increase your relationship with Kestrelpaw. You can do this regardless of whether he survives day 3. You need to do things you think Kestrelpaw would like.

Lol, a weird way of putting it :/ Well, I guess Blackheart couldn't say "You aren't friends with Kestrelpaw. So you can't be my apprentice" XD
