There are some skills I'd really like to be learnable/added in the game: -Hamstring/Cheap Shot/New immobilisating skill learnable by the player (I'msickofhavingtodependonKestrelpawtouseEviscerate,plzplayer-learnableHamstringplzplzplz) -Maybe some berserker ability, that deals more damage the less health you have remaining (kind of a reversed Finishing Strike) -More Stances? Maybe a healing stance that increases healing skills' power when used. Or a guard stance that gives a slight chance of blocking an attack hitting the player or another party member. Or a fury stance that gives a slight chance to make opponent bleed when attack, or increases standard attacks' power when chaining attacks. -And, to test these new skills, when you train with Thrushfeather or Nettlepaw, maybe you could spar with her? (just to have some opportunities to fight without Duskpaw to take all the damage for you, Badgerpaw to give you energy and confuse the opponent, Kestrelpaw to keep ennemy hamstrung and blinded the whole fight, or Nettlepaw to beat up everyone without you needing to even move!)
What do you think about all this? I know that there already are many learnable skills, though, aren't these ideas cool?

I think you can already learn Cheap Shot if Kestrelpaw dies, but these are nice suggestions.

These are nice ideas, and I'll be definitely implementing them. Thanks for the suggestions!
I'll probably won't be just simply giving player other character's skills, since I like characters having distinct skills - this way they feel more unique. That being said, I want Kittypet to be able to fill in any archetype the player wishes, and I do agree that player can't fulfill Kestrelpaw's role, and I'll be changing that.
(That being said, Kestrelpaw's skills are above the curve, to compensate for his poor stats).

I'm glad to know you like my ideas! And yeah, I agree it's better that other characters should keep some skills exclusive to themselves, otherwise, I would've asked for them, too. I think Hamstring is the most useful one to have, since it would enable player to be more independant in fighting. And thanks for telling me about Cheap Shot, though, I never let Kestrelpaw die, I like him too much! And that's when Leonard makes Hamstring avaliable only if Kestrelpaw is dead NOOO.

How does one even kill a character? I thought that if they went down during a battle then after the battle they were still fine, etc.

Krestelpaw dies if you personally alert the clan of the fox. Krestel paw dies to the fox and badgerpaw basically suffers PTSD from the incident

I think that Badgerpaw decide to leave the clan to become a kittypet if Kestrelpaw dies and basically anything that involves Kestrelpaw will be changed.
