What happens in the worst (and the best) endings?

I've only gotten 1-3 of the endings, but here are some i've heard about:
Worst ending - Riverclan ending: Shadowclan goes all out, and I think that they band up with another clan, I forget, but if you lose the fight, a new rule is added to the code, saying that rogues/kittypets CANNOT be allowed into any clan, but your character is allowed to stay because they were there before the code was added,
Second worst ending(?) - Shadowclan going all out: I think this is what happens when you raise the war progression too high, and almost every shadowclan cat attacks.
And then, we also have the clearing ending, where you take back the clearing. This is a result of beating every Shadowclan cat, and taking back the clearing, of course.
Theres one where you only get attacked by three cats, instead of getting the true peace (is that what you call it?) One of them is called Clawthroat. This means that you were extremely close to getting true peace, but you provoked shadowclan in some way.
True peace(?): Shadowclan's leader comes into the camp to apologize for accusing Thunderclan of murder.
Normal ending - You lose the clearing, and Thunderclan decides to take the blame for Spidershade's death.
There are most likely more endings, but I'm not sure. I hope this helps!

Do you fight any riverclan cats in the worst ending?

If you do, who?

I have no idea, sadly. I could never bring myself to get the Riverclan ending.
But I think someone dies, but not sure who.
All I know is that a new code is added.

I got the Riverclan ending once. You don't fight any Riverclan cats though. After the battles that you do at the Sky Oak, Riverclan comes in from the lake. Amberflame dies, Thunderclan surrenders, and the new code is added.
