I thought of a few things that would work well for a romantic option for each of their characters/ a interaction that the player gets the option for so they know that their really close to a character
For Duskpaw I’d think it be pretty funny if he tries out some bad flirting on you if you go on the Windclan patrol with him and Nettlepaw, plus a line right before the fight with Shadowclan where he promises to protect as that’s what friends do, only for Badgerpaw to tease him about it sounding like a bit more than friends
Kestrelpaw could be an event for when you and Badgerpaw cheer him up, and you go to the great sycamore, where after you tell Kestrelpaw he matters he might make a comment like “thanks that means a lot especially from you” where Badgerpaw could again tease him (I like the idea of Badgerpaw teasing everyone about their love life, she kinda does it when you go talk with Duskpaw about what she-cats like)
With Badgerpaw you should be able to pluck the feathers out of the crowfoot you can find when on a hunting patrol with her and Kestrelpaw and give it to her for her nest since she said she always wanted feathers for her nest, again more teasing from Badgerpaw with a “Man these sure are a lot of feathers, what are you trying to tell me?”
And finally Nettlepaw, in which case I don’t know, she doesn’t seem like the type for big romantic gestures, maybe she gets extra mad at Creekskip, and then if you talk to her with Reedpaw following you she could say “I don’t normally hang out with Riverclan cats but I’ll make an exception for him if hers your friend”
I don’t think they should be anything too romantic but it’s be nice as a way to tell whether or not you actually have a chance with the cat your padding after or if you need to work on your friendship with them more

Hey, there are some cool ideas here. I'm not sure how much of them I'm going to use, because a lot of romance for the next update is already written, but it's been great to read them!
